Never receive product or a reply to my email about what happened to me purchase

My press was never delivered. I email the company and no one replied. I’ll never buy anything or recommend you guy to anyone ever again. What a complete scam!

Still haven’t received item. USPS shows they never received item. Sent inquiry to the contact email on the website, with no reply. But I get this stupid review opp., that states I got my item 14 days ago. Get better!

Very pleased with this pollen press. My first couple of attempts worked and I’m sure will improve with practice. Some instructions, even QR code driven would be nice.
