After I received the wrong lighter by mistake, Jon from customer service quickly responded, looked into the order and found the original lighter I had ordered was out of stock. He offered me a full refund or a free upgraded lighter as a replacement. I chose the upgraded lighter and it’s awesome. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
