Great product, outstanding customer service

This is a very good press.
Real steel, no aluminum.
This is my second order. It took me a year to wear out the first one, daily use. My shipment arrived ahort and one email to customer srrvice was all it took. They sent my second press the next day. Outstanding cutomer service. I recomend both the Press and Puffy Puppy Company.
